Private Yoga For Beginners
If you've been wanting to try Yoga for a long time, but a group class seems too intimidating, this series is for you. We will cover the basics of form, names of poses and learn to modify poses with the use of props.
Private Yoga For Athletes
In this series, we will work together to design a personalized program tailored to fit your needs as an athlete, and help to offset some of the wear and tear your body goes through for your sport of choice. Ideal for all types of athletes-- from professional to weekend warrior.
Private Yoga For Yogis
If you already have a current Yoga practice, and are eager to learn more, this is the session for you. Together, we will asses your current asana, pranayama and bhakti practice and create a customized plan to help deepen your practice and feel more confident--- both on and off the mat.
